Howlin' Pelle of The Hives. I saw this band play at the Kool Haus in Toronto on the 3rd - it was by far the best concert I've ever seen. Pelle's an amazing frontman.

tiptoeing through the landmines
About how long does it take to you to do a piece like this? And is the reference done entirely by eye/thumb measurement, or is there a more precise process involved?
Um, this one I did while I was on vacation over the course of a few days, I'd guess it took me about 4 or 5 hours. And yeah, I do everything just by eye. Sometimes it makes me mess up the proportions but if I get it wrong I just keep trying until I get it right. Problem with that is then I get impatient with the actual drawing process lol. I'm a perfectionist but I'm not at the same time
